SW108#03 KALANTIS – SOUTHERN WIND
An exceptional superyacht
LEMER Foundry carried out a spectacular casting of a 20-ton lead bulb, destined for the Southern Wind yacht SWS108#03.
This complex operation required meticulous preparation: creating a sand mold, preparing the melt, and performing the casting. Four foundry workers and a maintenance technician applied all their expertise to ensure the success of this key component. After the casting, finishing work was carried out by our grinder/painter to prepare the surface for the final paint application.
Designed to combine racing performance, cruising comfort, and long-range autonomy, this keel demonstrates the technical excellence and precision of LEMER Foundry.
